Crags & Currents
5-day adventure camps for ages 8–16 that blend indoor climbing with epic outdoor fun. Campers will climb, paddle, and explore their way through a week of top-rope training, river tubing, paddleboarding, and real rock climbing—right here in Fredericksburg. Confidence, nature, and new friendships are guaranteed.
Burst of Adventure
Take your climbing skills outdoors in this 2- or 3-day real rock experience for youth and adults. Climbers visit multiple outdoor crags across Virginia, learning rope systems, safety, and technique on real stone. Designed for those ready to move beyond the gym and into the wild. Plastic holds are not included.

We do our best to make camp accessible within the limits of the terrain. While we don’t use specialized adaptive equipment, we offer support where possible, including:
Mobility Assistance: Verbal guidance and help navigating uneven terrain
Adaptive Seating & Transport: Accessible rest stops and seating when possible
Communication Support: Written instructions for hearing impairments
Service Animals: Welcome if they meet safety standards
Custom Accommodations: Reach out to Nic@rapprocksclimbing.com before camp to discuss needs
Some areas may have limited accessibility due to natural conditions, but we’re always happy to work with families on options.
