Step 1
Sign the Waiver

Every climber, parent, guardian and guest needs a signed waiver before entering the gym floor. Adults (parents & guardians) are required to fill out and sign waivers for all persons under the age of 18. Save time and do it online.

Choose Your Access

We offer day passes, punch cards, and memberships. Flexible options for every type of climber.

Gear Up

Don’t have gear? No problem. We rent climbing shoes, harnesses, and chalk—just show up and climb.

Orientation

New to climbing or to Rapp Rocks? Our staff will walk you through the basics and get you set up safely. Get familiar with our rules.

Rates

We have flexible options to ensure everyone can get a taste of what the climbing lifestyle is all about. (Children 3 and under climb free when accompanied by a day pass holder or active member)

Waivers

All visitors are required to complete a waiver before they climb. If you are under 18, you must have a waiver completed by your parent/legal guardian.

Sign your waiver
  • Most of our Membership options can be purchased through our Customer Portal. All customers must create a profile and sign a waiver in order to purchase a Membership. Once a Membership is purchased, Members will have unlimited access during open hours plus a ton of other perks!

  • Nope! Our Monthly Memberships do not require a long-term commitment! We prefer to earn our Members’ business every month through quality route-setting and customer service! Our Member Contract requires a 7-day cancellation notice. Memberships can also be placed on hold.

  • To cancel a membership, members must contact us at least 7 days prior to their billing date. Cancellations can be made in person or by phone — no handwritten notice is required.

    Memberships are billed on the 13th of each month, except for Pre-Opening Memberships, which begin billing on our official opening day.

    If a cancellation is not submitted at least 7 days before the billing date, the membership will be charged for the following cycle, after which the membership will be cancelled.

  • Individual Memberships can be placed on hold for $10/month per member as long as you’d like.

    Memberships can be reactivated with no activation fee anytime.

  • Anyone in the family can be put on hold at any time for the $10 monthly hold fee.

    To do so, you must call or come in person.

  • Prepaid Memberships are non-refundable. Our 2-week and 1-Month Prepaid Memberships are meant to offer a short-term way to experience the benefits of Membership. Our longer-term Prepaid Memberships are offered at a discounted price from the total equivalent cost of a Monthly Membership.
